Our fees are based on how many invoices, expenses, and employees you have (if you need payroll). Thanks to our use of AI and automation, we keep costs as low as possible while still giving you top-tier financial management. Everything is paid monthly via direct debit, so no surprise bills!

Nope! We’re a Xero-only service. Why? Because we believe in keeping things simple, efficient, and automated. If you’re using a different system, no worries—we’ll migrate everything over to Xero for you as part of onboarding.

Once you approve the quote, we sign a simple contract and get you set up on Xero and other essential finance tools. We’ll also link to your bank accounts and start processing transactions from day one.

Depending on your setup, there may be some extra steps for tax registrations, Companies House filings, and HMRC-required due diligence (nothing scary—we handle it all for you).

We make breaking up easy (no awkwardness, we promise). You own all your subscriptions and logins, so there’s no hassle. We just ask for 30 days' notice, and we’ll even help hand things over to your new bookkeeper if needed.

We start with a 12-month contract because onboarding takes time, but after that, it’s a rolling monthly agreement with a 30-day notice period.

We don’t, because getting you set up properly takes time. But we’re more than happy to walk you through our service, answer all your questions, and give you a demo before you sign up!

Our go-to method is email—it keeps everything organised and allows us to turn around queries quickly (usually the same day). You can send us invoices, expenses, or general finance questions, and we’ll get right on it.

For larger businesses, we can also integrate with internal emails and communication systems.

Yes! We’re fully remote-first, but we visit clients when possible, especially for quarterly finance reports. We believe in building real relationships, not just sending spreadsheets.

Yes! We’re associated with the IAB (Institute of Accountants and Bookkeepers), which handles our AML (anti-money laundering) compliance and certified as a Xero advisor. Our founder, Colum Hickey, also has various finance and project management qualifications, so you’re in safe hands.
